Shimmering with soft pink hues, the 2023 Skywalker Rose has a glowing personality that greets you with a soft, vernal nose of daphne and hints of lilac.  Yet, the pale color of this Rose belies the complexity of its palette.  Layers of white nectarine, strawberries, and Rainier cherries – even maybe a hint of ripe pineapple – yield to a lenient minerality in the finish.  Pair with pork rillettes, spicy calabrese sausage, lumpia, or falafel bites.

Our 2020 Skywalker Vineyards Sparkling Brut Rose is a light and cool sparkling wine.  Reminiscent of ripe raspberries on a Spring day with floral notes of rose petals and strawberries.  This sparkling rose’s roseate hue and well-rounded flavors are harmonious with its Pinot Noir heritage from our Skywalker estate.  As the foggy mornings that grace the vineyard hillsides open to clear skies, this wine evolves with each sip.  Pairs well with barbecued pork ribs, juicy burgers, or a creamy risotto.

With a limited production of 188 cases, each bottle is hand-crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for your celebrations.  Blend is Pinot Noir 67% and Chardonnay 33%

In 1784 the Bastide was built, using true Provencal methods.  Based on plot selections, this exclusive cuvee reveals the richness of the Château Margüi terroir in its most noble expression.   Aromas of strawberries in the 2022 vintage evoke the first hints of summertime and warmer weather.  A medley of honeysuckle, lychee, white peaches, and Fuji apples refresh your palate.  This wine’s pale pink color belies its rich texture as a well-structured wine ready to be paired with a shrimp, avocado, and corn salad, some Baja-style fish tacos with Cotija cheese, or a seafood paella.

This 2022 Rosé comes to us from our estate winery in the heart of Provence, France. Upon first look this Rosé is a lighter hue in color. A rich and complex nose of sun-ripened fruit; strawberry, pomelos and tangerine zest open a procession of aromas for a perfect balance and complexity in the mouth. This gastronomic Rosé will go perfectly with your charcuterie boards, summer fruit salads, or with citrus seabass ceviche. Not to mention, this wine is also perfectly served all by itself with the prospect of longer days and warm weather!
