Our 2021 Sommità Pinot Noir reflects the finer terroirs of Marin—cool summers, afternoon winds, and the ever-present morning fog. Fermented in small lots, each parcel is selected for its vibrancy and clarity. Aromatically, the wine offers bright tones of dried savory herbs and rose petal in a unique expression of the Skywalker property. On the palate, lively red fruits of cherry and cranberry mix with dark, woodsy tones of allspice and cedar. Sourced from vineyard blocks along the estate’s upper ridge line, the Sommità Pinot Noir is ripe, balanced, and harmonious.

We are proud to introduce the first Estate Sparkling Wine from Skywalker Vineyards, a statement piece for your collection. Delicate rose-gold in color, this wine opens with aromas of apricot, mandarin orange, and strawberry, layered with white flowers and sweet brioche. On the palate, generous notes of Rainier cherry, ripe Fuji apple, and citrus are balanced by crisp, lingering acidity. Youthful and expressive, the wine is drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop for years to come. Each limited-production bottle is handcrafted and individually labeled, underscoring the rarity and attention behind the wine.

Our Sommità wines come from the highest reaches of Skywalker Ranch, where elevation and cool coastal influence create an ideal setting for grape growing. Featuring Sommità Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sparkling, this collection offers three distinct expressions of the site and a compelling taste of Marin County winemaking. Together, they capture the character, range, and elevated perspective of the Skywalker Ranch estate.
