2021 Skywalker Brut Rose Sparkling

Our 2021 Skywalker Vineyards Sparkling Brut Rose is a light and cool sparkling wine.  Reminiscent of ripe raspberries on a Spring day with floral notes of rose petals and strawberries.  This sparkling rose’s roseate hue and well-rounded flavors are harmonious with its Pinot Noir heritage from our Skywalker estate.  As the foggy mornings that grace the vineyard hillsides open to clear skies, this wine evolves with each sip.  Pairs well with barbecued pork ribs, juicy burgers, or a creamy risotto.

With a limited production of 278 cases, each bottle is hand-crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for your celebrations.  Blend is Pinot Noir 67% and Chardonnay 33%
