2024 Skywalker Rosé

Shimmering with soft pink hues, the 2024 Skywalker Rose has a glowing personality that greets you with a soft, vernal nose of daphne and hints of lilac.  Yet, the pale color of this Rose belies the complexity of its palette.  Layers of white nectarine, strawberries, and Rainier cherries – even maybe a hint of ripe pineapple – yield to a lenient minerality in the finish.  Pair with pork rillettes, spicy calabrese sausage, lumpia, or falafel bites.
