The 2021 Blanc features a grape called Rolle which Château Margüi has championed in the region. You may recognize Rolle by another name, Vermentino. This wine elegantly walks the line between freshness and richness in its expression. The bouquet of gentle honeysuckle on a sunny afternoon welcomes you to taste the richness of this wine.  Pineapple, orange blossoms, and vanilla provide a complex backdrop.  Enjoy with oysters on the half shell, fritto misto, or during a New England Lobster Bake.

Syrah 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon 158%

The 2020 Bastide de Margüi "1784" Rouge delivers on its harmony of blending Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with exceptional concentration and depth of flavor. The Syrah leads with savory elements of licorice, roasted coffee, dried sage & lavender. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon is a welcome choice in supplementing the savory elements with dark berry, cedar, plum, and black cherry. A supple finish and gentle tannins provide poise to the 2019 Bastide de Margui 1784 Rouge.  A graceful and eloquent composition of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, 1784 Rouge have deep notes of black cherry and currant with hints of cloves.  A tremendous wine partner to grilled duck breasts with pomegranate-chipotle sauce, spicy pineapple teriyaki lamb chops, or a hearty charcuterie with Toulouse sausages.

This 2022 Rosé comes to us from our estate winery in the heart of Provence, France. Upon first look this Rosé is a lighter hue in color. A rich and complex nose of sun-ripened fruit; strawberry, pomelos and tangerine zest open a procession of aromas for a perfect balance and complexity in the mouth. This gastronomic Rosé will go perfectly with your charcuterie boards, summer fruit salads, or with citrus seabass ceviche. Not to mention, this wine is also perfectly served all by itself with the prospect of longer days and warm weather!
