The 2023 Skywalker Pinot Noir vintage was one borne of patience, as the grapes ripened slowly through the summer due to cool days and nights. The long growing season provided the perfect recipe for slow sugar and complex flavor development. Hand harvested early in the morning over 12 days in October 2023, this vintage has generous aromas of red and dark berries including, strawberry, cherry and raspberry, followed by hints of blackcurrant and mushroom. The fresh fruitfulness is complemented by complex oak and cooking spices—vanilla, anise and clove. On first taste, flavors of cherry, raspberry, and currant burst out of the glass, followed by nuances of sage, lavender and white pepper. The palate's fine tanins and balanced acidity lead to a long, lingering finish.

Shimmering with soft pink hues, the 2024 Skywalker Rosé has a glowing personality that greets you with a soft, vernal nose of daphne and hints of lilac. Yet, the pale color of this Rose belies the complexity of its palette. Layers of white nectarine, strawberries, and Rainier cherry—even a hint of ripe pineapple—yield to a lenient minerality in the finish. Pair with pork rillettes, spicy calabrese sausage, lumpia, or falafel bites.

Our 2021 Skywalker Vineyards Sparkling Brut Rosé is a light, cool sparkling wine. Reminiscent of ripe raspberries on a spring day, this sparkling wine is layered with floral notes of rose petal and strawberry. Its roseate hue and rounded flavors reflect its Pinot Noir heritage from the Skywalker estate. Much like the vineyard’s foggy mornings giving way to clear skies, the wine continues to unfold with each sip. It pairs equally well with barbecued pork ribs, juicy burgers, or a creamy risotto. Handcrafted and individually labeled, each bottle is designed to mark the moment while remaining worthy of the cellar.
