A timeless classic! Skywalker Pinot Noir is a prized signature of our wine program, vintage after vintage. The 2020 release is classic cool-climate Pinot Noir all the way through. Aromatics rich in cherry cola, cedar, dried cranberry, rhubarb, and rose petal leap from the glass to excite the nose. The palate displays integrated tannins and a harmony of vibrant freshness and depth of earthly flavors. Notes of trampled fall leaves, sugared cranberry, dried Bing Cherry, and sassafras are vibrant on the palate. The wine's structure is well framed, backed by time maturing exclusively in French Oak barrels and brooding concentration. Tannins are soft and resolved for a wine of such youth. Drink now or cellar for additional complexity- this wine is built to evolve. 

Our Chardonnay was hand-harvested early in the morning from late September into early October 2021. This wine was whole cluster pressed, followed by cold settling in stainless tanks before going to barrel for fermentation. The slow fermentation in barrel allowed for exuberant tropical & citrus aromas, in addition to offering a compelling texture across the palate. Post fermentation sur lie stirring and aging added additional layers of complexity in our winemaking process. Aged 14 months in French Oak.  

The 2021 Skywalker Chardonnay showcases the unique coastal climate and Marin County terroir. Generous fruit aromas of lemon, lychee and white flower blossom are accentuated by delicate sweet oak nuances and a briny minerality. On first taste flavors of pineapple, pomelo and citrus are present. The palate is crisp on entry followed by richer flavors of hazelnut, brioche and crème brûlée leading way to a long finish.

Upon first introduction this wine greets the drinker with elegant rose gold color and delicate effervescence. With aromas of Meyer lemons, Granny Smith Apple, summer strawberry, sweet brioche, and hazelnut. Generous fruit of lemons, ripe Fuji apple, pineapple, forest berry, and mandarin orange on first taste is followed by a crisp, lingering acidity and an extended, mouthwatering finish. The wine is youthful, tasting wonderfully today and will continue to develop for years to come.  

Each bottle is hand crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for today's celebrations and tomorrow's collections.  Limited production of just 227 cases. 

The 2020 Skywalker Vineyards Blanc de Blancs is a refreshing aperitif.  Made in the methode traditionelle from 100% Chardonnay from the Skywalker Ranch, the wine is a pale flaxen color with lively bubbles that dance toward the open skies.  The lean crispness on the first sip evokes pear, slightly tart green apples, opening up to close the palette with hints of brioche and a more rounded nuttiness.  Share with friends over scallop ceviche appetizers before a formal meal or enjoy with fried chicken and macaroni and cheese comfort food.

With a limited production of 215 cases, each bottle is hand-crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for your celebrations.  Chardonnay 100%

Our 2020 Skywalker Vineyards Sparkling Brut Rose is a light and cool sparkling wine.  Reminiscent of ripe raspberries on a Spring day with floral notes of rose petals and strawberries.  This sparkling rose’s roseate hue and well-rounded flavors are harmonious with its Pinot Noir heritage from our Skywalker estate.  As the foggy mornings that grace the vineyard hillsides open to clear skies, this wine evolves with each sip.  Pairs well with barbecued pork ribs, juicy burgers, or a creamy risotto.

With a limited production of 188 cases, each bottle is hand-crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for your celebrations.  Blend is Pinot Noir 67% and Chardonnay 33%
