This 2015 Vin Rouge comes to us from our estate winery in the heart of Provence, France. Its dark color reveals garnet shades with Bordeaux hues. Intense nose of dried fruits that opens to fig coated with sweet spices, vanilla, star anise and bitter chocolate. The ample, supple and well-balanced palate reveals a structured and powerful wine with silky tannins. Great aromatic persistence in a cherry, spice and cocoa finish. This red wine, a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, will go magnificently with your favorite beef filet. Syrah 66%, Cabernet Sauvignon 34%
