2021 Skywalker Pinot Noir

The 2021 Skywalker Pinot Noir is tasting wonderful today and is a whine that will age and develop well for yeards to come.  The 2021 growing season had warn days and cool night where the grapes ripened slowly while developing beautifully.  The wine opens up beautifully in the glass with a delicate fruitful aroma of cherry, blackberry, raspberry complemented by nuances of baking spices, nutmeg and close and just a hint of milk choclate and dried mushrooms.  The palalte is big and jucy with strawberry, raspberry, cherry with hints of red currants and dark chocolate.  The texture is filled iwth bright acidity, fine tannins that have a long finish.
