2020 Skywalker Pinot Noir

A timeless classic! Skywalker Pinot Noir is a prized signature of our wine program, vintage after vintage. The 2020 release is classic cool-climate Pinot Noir all the way through. Aromatics rich in cherry cola, cedar, dried cranberry, rhubarb, and rose petal leap from the glass to excite the nose. The palate displays integrated tannins and a harmony of vibrant freshness and depth of earthly flavors. Notes of trampled fall leaves, sugared cranberry, dried Bing Cherry, and sassafras are vibrant on the palate. The wine's structure is well framed, backed by time maturing exclusively in French Oak barrels and brooding concentration. Tannins are soft and resolved for a wine of such youth. Drink now or cellar for additional complexity- this wine is built to evolve.
