Our 2021 Skywalker Vineyards Sparkling Brut Rosé is a light, cool sparkling wine. Reminiscent of ripe raspberries on a spring day, this sparkling wine is layered with floral notes of rose petal and strawberry. Its roseate hue and rounded flavors reflect its Pinot Noir heritage from the Skywalker estate. Much like the vineyard’s foggy mornings giving way to clear skies, the wine continues to unfold with each sip. It pairs equally well with barbecued pork ribs, juicy burgers, or a creamy risotto. Handcrafted and individually labeled, each bottle is designed to mark the moment while remaining worthy of the cellar.
