Our inaugural French sparkling release, Secret de Margüi is luminous melon-pink in color with an airy, floral nose of peony, rose petal, and strawberry. Subtle notes of almond, pink grapefruit, nectarine, spice, rosemary, and toasted biscuit add complexity. On the palate, the wine is supple and creamy, with lively bubbles and a fine, textured structure.
