Bastide de Margüi 17842023 RoséProvence, France Estate
Built in 1784 using traditional Provençal methods, the Bastide embodies the heritage of Château Margüi. Crafted from select plots, this exclusive cuvée reveals the richness of the estate’s terroir in its most refined expression. Aromas of strawberries in the 2023 vintage evoke the first hint of summertime and warmer weather. A medley of honeysuckle, lychee, white peaches, and Fuji apples refresh your palate. This wine’s pale pink color belies its rich texture as a well-structured wine ready to be paired with a shrimp, avocado, and corn salad, some Baja-style fish tacos with Cotija, or a seafood paella.
