First planted in 1566 in the ancient Etruscan and Roman style, by Capuchin Monks, the olive grove of Il Convento adorns terraced hills intertwined among lush vineyards. Overlooking Lake Trasimeno, the grove benefits from the Umbrian region's unique climate.
