The 2019 Skywalker Rosé has a light, rose-hue and generous aromas of tangerine blossoms and fresh strawberries. The palate is focused with citrus, guava, strawberry and pear. The finish is crisp and mouthwatering. The moderate summer temperatures through harvest created the perfect conditions for slow ripening, flavor intensity and great acidity. During crush, whole clusters were gently pressed while the fruit was cool. The juice was immediately transferred to cold stainless steel tanks for settling, racking and fermentation. We are proud to present another great year for Skywalker Rosé.
