2015 Skywalker Sparkling

Upon first introduction this wine greets the drinker with elegant rose gold color and delicate effervescence. With aromas of Meyer lemons, Granny Smith Apple, summer strawberry, sweet brioche, and hazelnut. Generous fruit of lemons, ripe Fuji apple, pineapple, forest berry, and mandarin orange on first taste is followed by a crisp, lingering acidity and an extended, mouthwatering finish. The wine is youthful, tasting wonderfully today and will continue to develop for years to come.  

Each bottle is hand crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for today's celebrations and tomorrow's collections.  Limited production of just 227 cases.
